EU listed companies (and other public interest entities like insurers and credit institutions) with the exception of very small “micro undertakings”

Reporting in:
• 2025 based on FY2024 data for listed large companies with 500+ employees
• 2027 based on FY2026 data for listed SMEs

EU companies exceeding two of these three criteria, regardless of listing status:
• 250+ employees on average in the financial year
• €25 Million+ on the balance sheet 
• €50 Million+ in net turnover
