Mili-Ann's approach to her work is deeply rooted in her personal philosophy. Drawing inspiration from her role as a daughter, an apprentice, and a mother, she adheres to the principles instilled by her parents: to always do her best. As a mother, Mili-Ann is driven by a desire to contribute to a better future for her child and other children, fueling her commitment to making a positive impact through her work.

Outside of her professional life, Mili-Ann enjoys activities such as Montessori education, Yoga, and reading, enriching her life beyond her career endeavors.


Mili-Ann Tamayao holds a PhD in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, along with an MS and BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Additionally, she has pursued postdoctoral training in Prospective LCA, further deepening her technical knowledge in the field.
